Custom, handmade sterling silver, coral and turquoise double bolo tie by husband and wife Navajo silversmiths Alvin and Lula Begay. Intricate overlay storyteller design of a weaver and mosaic inlay of turquoise and coral stones with guards and substantial tips strung on braided leather cord. The tie hangs at about 23.5" long; the larger bolo is about 3" x 2.5"; the smaller bolo is about 1.5" in diameter; tips 3.25" long. Total weight including all materials is about 151 grams. Hallmarked sterling and stamped Alvin inside a feather. In excellent estate condition.
